David Kang serves as Counsel – International Insurance and Regulatory Operations at Starr Insurance Holdings, Inc., where he provides guidance on a wide range of domestic and international transactional and regulatory issues. Before joining Starr, David was in-house at another global insurance company. Earlier in his career, he worked at two AM Law 100 firms prior to moving in-house.
David graduated from Columbia University and NYU School of Law.
